Shokhnazar Holnazarzoda
Shokhnazar Holnazarzoda was born on July 18, 1988, in the city of Dushanbe, Republic of Tajikistan. In 2007, he graduated from the Dushanbe Technical College of Communications, and in 2011, from the Tajik Technical University named after Academician M. S. Osimi.
From 2007 to 2016, he carried out his professional activities as a Lead Engineer at the Republican Technical Center of Television and Radio of the Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Since June 2016, he worked as a Chief Specialist at the Center for Information and Communication Technologies of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
By a decision of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated November 3, 2025, he was appointed Deputy Head of the Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
