Meeting of the Primary Party Organization “Oriz” and Detailed Explanation of the Key Provisions of the Message of the Leader of the Nation
At the Communications Service, a summary meeting of the primary party organization “Oriz” of the People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan was held. During the meeting, the results of the organization’s annual activities were thoroughly reviewed, and at the same time, detailed explanations and clarifications were provided on the key provisions of the Message of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, addressed to the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on December 16, 2025.
During the meeting, it was emphasized that in the reporting period, the members of the primary party organization “Oriz,” along with other members of the People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan, actively participated in important political and social campaigns of the country and made a significant contribution to the implementation of the Party’s goals and programs. Their activities were primarily focused on strengthening advocacy, outreach, and awareness-raising efforts, enhancing political education, and consolidating and reinforcing the Party’s position among employees of the sector.
Deputy Chairman of the primary party organization “Oriz,” Parviz Noriyon, while presenting the annual report, highlighted the results of intraparty activities, the participation of members in political events, and the fulfillment of statutory and charter-based obligations. He noted that, with the aim of aligning the activities of the primary organization with the requirements of the Charter and Regulations of the People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan, as well as improving record-keeping and documentation, ensuring the payment of membership fees, and maintaining their regular registration in party membership certificates, practical and concrete measures were implemented.
In the continuation of the meeting, it was emphasized that the establishment of a working group composed of employees of the district executive committee of the Party was a timely and well-considered initiative, which played an effective role in enhancing party discipline, regulating and systematizing membership activities, and providing methodological and organizational assistance. As a result of mutual and coordinated cooperation between the working group and the responsible party officials of the primary party organization “Oriz,” intraparty activities acquired a regular, structured, and goal-oriented character.
Ubaydullo Qurbanzoda, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan in the Ismoili Somoni District, in his address paid special and focused attention to the content of the Message of the Leader of the Nation, describing it as an important political and strategic document for the further and long-term development of the country. He stated that the Message clearly and comprehensively defines the main directions of domestic and foreign policy, the development of the national economy, the strengthening of state security, and the improvement of the population’s standard and quality of living.
He also referred to the complex and challenging situation of the modern world, emphasizing that under such circumstances, a correct and conscious understanding of national interests, the strengthening of political vigilance, and a high sense of responsibility constitute the duty of every aware and self-conscious citizen, especially members of the Party. According to him, members of the People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan must actively contribute to the implementation of the constructive and creative policies of the Leader of the Nation and serve as exemplary role models through their actions and conduct.
Editor-in-Chief of the State Institution “Communications Magazine,” Sirojiddin Ikromi Ikrom, in his speech, also provided detailed explanations of the key provisions of the Message of the Leader of the Nation and analyzed the historical achievements of the Republic of Tajikistan in 2025. He emphasized that the achievements attained were the result of the wise, far-sighted, and strategic policy of the President of the country, and that the Message serves as a practical guideline and roadmap for action for all sectors, including the communications sector.
At the conclusion of the meeting, participants expressed that the content, substance, and strategic significance of the Message of the Leader of the Nation guide and motivate them toward even more effective performance, the further strengthening of intraparty activities, and greater contributions to the sustainable and long-term development of the country. It was decided that members of the primary party organization “Oriz” would continue to actively participate in the implementation of the strategic objectives and priorities of the state and the Party.
