From now on, citizens can contact the Communication Service via the short number 30-40 regarding issues related to problems in the field of communication services.
The Contact Center of the Communication Service operates 24/7, without days off.
At the same time, the Center, based on a modern online and interactive platform, is connected to the switching systems of all electric communication operators in the country and processes incoming complaints and applications in a unified and coordinated manner.
The purpose of establishing the Contact Center with the short trustline number 30-40 is to improve the level and quality of electric communication services in the country, promptly respond to citizens’ appeals, and eliminate problems and obstacles in the industry through a simple and accessible mechanism for citizens.
Along with the simplicity and accessibility of the new online and interactive mechanism, it ensures prompt and accurate review and resolution of complaints and applications.
