Hotline. For resolving your issues, contact the Communication Service directly

Once again, it is brought to the attention of customers of telecommunications operators in the country that, in case of any issues with the services of mobile companies or inquiries related to the sector, they can directly contact the Communications Service via the hotline at 2 21 00 09.

The hotline was established two years ago by the Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to improve the level and quality of telecommunication services in the country, address citizens’ complaints, and resolve existing issues and obstacles in the sector. The hotline operates 24/7.

The Communications Service, within its competencies, strives to promptly address all complaints from citizens regarding the quality of services and eliminate any arising issues and obstacles.
