Memorandum of Understanding on Telecommunications Development Signed
A signing ceremony for the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation in the field of informatization was held at the Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan between the Communications Service and Jinda Anbang (Beijing) Technology Development Co., Ltd.
The MoU was signed by Isfandiyor Sadullo, Head of the Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, and Han Xiaohan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Jinda Anbang (Beijing) Technology Development Co., Ltd.
The document serves as a foundation for exploring and establishing mutually beneficial cooperation between the parties in the field of information and communication technologies, modernization of digital infrastructure, and promotion of the digital economy in the Republic of Tajikistan.
The Memorandum of Understanding was signed within the framework of the comprehensive strategic partnership between the Republic of Tajikistan and the People’s Republic of China at a new stage of development and aligns with the objectives of the National Development Strategy of the Republic of Tajikistan until 2030, as well as the international initiative “Belt and Road”.
