Cooperation in the field of information and communication technologies between Tajikistan and Iran is expanding
A memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the field of information and communication technologies was signed between the Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
This memorandum was signed by the Head of the Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Beg Sabur, and the Minister of Energy of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Abbas Aliobadi.
This document is one of 23 new cooperation agreements between the two friendly and brotherly countries, which were exchanged on January 16 during high-level meetings and negotiations between Tajikistan and Iran, with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, and the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the field of information and communication technologies between the Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies of the Islamic Republic of Iran creates a broad and favorable basis for cooperation in the field of information and communication technologies, contributing to the strengthening and development of interstate relations.
Under the provisions of this memorandum, effective cooperation is envisaged in various areas of application and use of information and communication technologies, as well as the exchange of successful experiences.
