Meeting Was Held at the Communications Service Regarding the Explanation of the Leader of the Nation’s Message

On February 20, at the initiative of the Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, a scientific-theoretical meeting titled “The Message – A Guide for Achieving Dignified Goals” was held. The meeting was attended by the Head of the Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Isfandiyori Sadullo, employees from the communications sector, representatives of mobile and internet networks, as well as the First Deputy Director of the Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies, professors from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, and the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The Head of the Communications Service, Isfandiyori Sadullo, in his opening speech, emphasized the importance of studying each point of the Message of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Supreme Assembly, as in every Message, important issues regarding the strengthening of the state’s independence and the unity of the country are highlighted. The Message also offers practical ways to implement state programs aimed at improving the social, economic, and spiritual well-being of the population. He also noted that the recent Message of the Leader of the Nation, President Emomali Rahmon, to the Supreme Assembly of the Republic of Tajikistan, presented on December 28, 2024, is crucial for structures and employees in the field of communications and information and communication technologies.

“The main focus of the head of state is on expanding innovation processes and the comprehensive use of digital technologies in the economy, and thus, 2025-2030 has been declared the ‘Years of Digital Economy and Innovation Development,'” said Isfandiyori Saudullo.

Further, Alizoda Bakhriddin Pirmuhammad, PhD in History, Director of the Institute of Public Administration and Civil Service at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, explained the key points of the President’s Message to the Supreme Assembly. He mentioned that the greatest achievement of independence is peace, stability, political security, and national unity, which has led to the current prosperous life and the construction of a new Tajikistan, recognized and acknowledged by the world. The honorable people of Tajikistan worked sincerely, demonstrated selflessness, and performed heroic deeds. Therefore, we must value the blessings of independence and leave a prosperous, peaceful, and developed state for future generations.

Faizalizoda Bakhrullo Faizali, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences and Head of the Department of Information Technology and Information Security at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, gave a speech on the issues of digitalization, innovation, and artificial intelligence in the President’s Message. He noted that the implementation of innovative technologies in all sectors, including the national economy, plays a central role in the recent Message from the Leader of the Nation. This demonstrates that the Leader of the Nation pays special attention to the utilization of information and communication technologies.

Umari Khayom Amirsho, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, spoke on the topic “The Leader of the Nation’s Message – A Political Programmatic Document” and emphasized that strengthening national self-consciousness and patriotism in every citizen is crucial and destiny-defining for the state and the nation. According to Umari Khayom Amirsho, a real understanding of the content of the Message helps in raising the self-awareness and responsibility of citizens.

Ismoilzoda Hakim Shamsullo, the First Deputy Director of the Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, in his speech emphasized the importance of innovative technologies in the development of all sectors and stated that the Leader of the Nation’s Message serves as a guide and valuable document in this regard.

We remind you that President Emomali Rahmon, in his Message to the Supreme Assembly on December 28, 2024, titled “On the Main Directions of the Domestic and Foreign Policy of the Republic of Tajikistan,” declared the years 2025-2030 in Tajikistan as the “Years of Digital Economy and Innovation Development” in order to accelerate innovation processes and make comprehensive use of the opportunities of digital technologies in the economy. One of the main goals in this process is to implement new forms of cooperation, including online cooperation and internet services.
