Participation of Communication Sector Representatives in the International Conference “AI Conf 2025” in Dushanbe

Today, on October 25, 2025, the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence — AI Conf 2025 — began its work at the “Crown Plaza” Hotel and the “Dushanbe Expo Centre” in Dushanbe. This event is one of the most significant technological gatherings in the region and is being held at the initiative of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan with the support of the Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon.

At the opening ceremony of the conference, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan Hokim Kholiqzoda took part and delivered a speech. In his remarks, he noted that artificial intelligence has become one of the key areas for the development of science, the economy, and public administration. He emphasized that, under the guidance of the Leader of the Nation, Tajikistan is pursuing an active policy to develop digital infrastructure, train sector specialists, and attract international investment.

The conference was also attended by the Minister of Industry and New Technologies Sherali Kabir, the founder and head of Zypl.ai Azizjon Azimi, as well as representatives of international companies such as NVIDIA, Perplexity AI, Presight (G42), Yotta, Mistral AI, and other technological organizations.

A delegation from the Communication Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan also participated in this event. It is worth noting that the communication sector plays a key role in the development of the artificial intelligence ecosystem in Tajikistan. Through the use of modern digital information technologies, this sector serves as one of the main platforms for the implementation of AI in the country. The Communication Service actively contributes to expanding the AI ecosystem by initiating new projects, including the development of digital networks, information infrastructure, and the training of qualified personnel.

With the support of the Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, and the visionary policy of the Government, Tajikistan is becoming one of the new centers of attraction for leading global AI companies.

AI Conf 2025 is regarded as an important platform for knowledge exchange, presentation of national initiatives, and expansion of international cooperation in the field of artificial intelligence. This event positions Tajikistan as a new technological and global cooperation hub in the AI domain.
